Our story…
Peter Walden Sr. founded Synergy Logistics Group to bring senior-level supply chain and operations expertise directly to businesses that need it — without the overhead of a large consulting firm.
With 15 years of hands-on executive experience, Peter has led complex logistics and distribution operations across the country — including large-scale automated fulfillment, multi-state industrial logistics networks, statewide retail distribution, and government supply chains. He brings deep expertise in 3PL governance, carrier network optimization, operational transformation, and site selection and facility analysis — having delivered measurable cost reduction and service improvement across every organization he has served.
Peter holds a Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM) designation, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ADKAR Change Management certification, and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor training.
His focus areas include freight cost optimization, 3PL performance governance, fulfillment model design, S&OP process development, site selection and facility analysis, and operational turnarounds for growing companies where the supply chain hasn't kept up with the business.
